No unfortunately this is not something you can currently do. CookBook will do its best to automatically place items in the category it deems most suitable but you cannot re-order them if they are incorrect. This is on our development road map so we hope to integrate it in the future.
CookBook does however allow you to export your shopping list in a variety of formats that should be compatible with other shopping and task based apps.
